How to share mailbox folder in Outlook?

To share a mailbox folder in Outlook, please follow these steps:
  1. Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
  2. Right-click on the mailbox folder you want to share and select "Properties".
  3. Click on the "Permissions" tab.
  4. Click on the "Add" button to add a user or group that you want to share the folder with.
  5. Type the name of the user or group in the "Add Users" box and click "OK".
  6. Select the user or group you just added and set the appropriate permissions (e.g. "Reviewer", "Editor", "Owner", etc.) using the drop-down list.
  7. Click "OK" to close the properties window.
Note: You can also grant permissions to a mailbox folder from the "Folder" tab in the Outlook ribbon. Just select the folder you want to share, click on "Folder Permissions", and follow steps 4-6 above.
